Hikaru (OC) is everything above and more. The way she is written makes her jump off the page. She feels like a real person, flaws and all. And if Bakugou were to ever get a canon S/O I can definitely see them having a lot in common with Hikaru. I love her so much!
And Bakugou is so in character it's uncannily scary. If you have ever wondered what is going on inside his head this fic is a must read.
