Macaw hasn't cared to try, Lupo just has bad luck (Same with Hyena, and after his incident with Undyne he hasn't focused on trying)
Jackal isn't for long term dating, just dates. Fox is just A Mess...
And Crow suffers the 'never taken seriously' curse.
As for Polly... I like to think back before the barrier fell and before they met Sans and Papyrus, they tried dating Muffet for a bit. Still friends with her, a good break up. Just a very pricey date...
