Jake’s Quarters
Evans Estate “The Big House”
♡ The Eye Series Fanfiction Trilogy Epilogue ♡
Stevie, Sam, and their Households
This three-story dream home at the shore in Ocean City, NJ, is listed for $3.1 million. It was built in 2012 but boasts traditional details like a turret.
♡ This is the perfect aesthetic for the big house that Dwight built for his family, that they all move into after he’s gone. ♡
ECSCN Chapter 35 Now Posted.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, and 5,000 sq ft. Three of the bedrooms are on the second floor, including the master. Stacie and Jake were upstairs, as they didn’t have kids. Stevie and Sam were downstairs, and their space was a little bit bigger. A den with balcony. Upstairs were a guest bedroom, home theater, and the master bedroom, which had a side door that led to a second story patio with a stairwell, and the first story patio was beneath it, with the grill.
Bedrooms: Master, Stacie & Jake, on the second floor. Sam and Stevie on the bottom floor, and one cozy bedroom on the top floor (which usually is reserved for guests). There are two custom patios — one open air and the other covered, with brick columns and a custom fireplace. There are four porches around the house. (Each from one of “the kids’” wings).
Dwight built each of the kids a wing of the house, which was basically a bedroom, children’s bedroom/nursery, a full bath, and a common room. They were able to adjust them however they saw fit. Stevie and Jake’s wings were in the same direction, but Jake’s was upstairs, and the same was true for Sam and Stacie’s towards the other direction (with her being upstairs).
It was a three story house, but that was mostly because as the family grew, Dwight wanted to have some wiggle room, and not have to do major changes. The third floor was a loft that Mama T moved into when she came back, hardly able to be around everyone else.
Dwight even discussed possibly putting bunk beds on the third floor and creating a lodge for the grans, when they were older and more numerous. His sign to start working on plans was when his wife proclaimed a pregnancy.
This property also had a smaller guest house, an apartment over the garage (that Mama T helped build, to get the gist of the work), and a very large walk in dog house, with a doggie park right in the middle, and separate “rooms” with beds and bowls, and a doggie dumpsite at the back of it.

Bonus: Jake Puckerman Evans.
Yeah, Dwight adopted him when he married his mother. Yes, they just call him their son, brother, etc.
