I'm pretty pleased with my results from the LPI test. What I found to be really interesting was that I was actually given higher scores by my peers and co- workers, than I had initially given myself. In multiple categories, I viewed myself in the 3/4 range, whereas my co-workers viewed me in the 4/5 range. Out of the 9 people I asked to fill out this survey, I believe I had about 5/6 people respond back on time and complete it. The people I had complete it, were a good mix between previous co-workers, and some officers in my sorority. What I was aiming for were completely unbiased results, and that's why I chose these specific candidates. I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised and elated that my peers think much more highly in my work ethic, and some personality traits, than I do. These results have definitely been very eye-opening and encouraging. It makes me definitely feel like I'm doing something right. -Samantha Green
