Real Estate in India taking huge developmental leaps
The real estate sector in India experienced slow decrease in demand. The sector involves residential sectors, commercial sectors, office space and many more. The government of India announced several initiatives to revive the real estate sectors. The year 2019 saw a decrease in demand in the housing sectors but a rise in the commercial sectors in India. This was due to the stalled properties that were on hold for years due to lack of funds to continue the construction process. The Government of India is trying to restore the stalled projects. This way the housing realty in India will improve. Consumer demand in residential realty will also increase.
