While having a discussion with my husband last night about passion and purpose, the question was asked.. "when was the last time you felt extremely passionate about an experience?" And I didn't have to think for long. Outside of being a wife and mom obviously.. my love for dj'n and studying the art of it soon came to mind. I thought of this night in particular, pictured above.. The creative freedom I was allowed, to be able to provide a soundtrack to one of the dopest events I've ever attended. I realized last night how much I loved the feeling of making people groove, and smile big when I play a favorite jam they hadn't heard in a while. And even more so, the feeling of introducing someone to a new sound they enjoyed so much they just had to come ask, "what's the name of that song?".. Tired as I was, it took a while for me to fall asleep last night. I quietly thought, I have to get back to my dreams, somehow. I have to get back to that feeling. I've never felt more alive than creating a vibe for an entire room of people. I said all that to say... --------------------------------------- Book #djreelchill for your next event! #inpursuitofadream #houstontxdj #femaledj
