#how do animate?

Everyday I curse my inability to animate. Like yes, I sketch, I make full scene pictures now which I'm practicing on making more complex, but I have no idea how I would even learn to animate, much less do digital art. I don't even have access to something that would let me learn, other than maybe my Chromebook but even then.

Yes this is in fact about another scene idea I got, specifically something involving Niko and/or Hoshi sparring with [Redacted] or alternatively, the two of them fighting off some bad guy. It's such a vivid description in my mind (not an image because I cannot see those, I think it's Aphantasia??), and I can't figure out how to get it out in a way that I like.
