Lights? One or two small.
Sound minimum for most things
If people in house put sign on door to tell them to be quiet and leave you alone.
Any drink? Water.
A DARK THEME ON EVERYTHING.
Screens? Low screen brightness (below half. If possible below quarter.) for awhile before sleep.
Put on the spotify playlist "Sleep" a hour or so before trying to sleep so relaxed when try sleep.
