Are those little wing finger claw things good for scritches?

I’m still not entirely sure what I want to consider those things, honestly. Like some kind of talon? I’ve seen that before, certainly. Or sometimes used as a thumb.

I kinda like the idea that they’re a little grippy so they can use them to climb if needed, but don’t really serve much other purpose because they’re attached to the wing and can’t really be moved without moving the entire wing with it.

…But yes, that could totally be useful for scritches then
