People will think I only have one joke.'#As the days passed and the idea marinated...I still wanted to do this comic.#We know that Grace learned a lot about Eridian language. However we only see him learn the written numbers.#Now that the movie has given us the concept of Eridian tattoos...so too follows the idea of a mistranslated but earnest tattoo.#I could have done another phrase...but few things have made me laugh as hard as 'shrimps is bugs.' It would not be the same.#Shrimps is not bugs by the way.#However. Bugs...is shrimps!#It's more so to do with where they diverge in the phylogeny tree of common ancestors.#They share a superclass known as Allotriocarida - though if you know anything about taxonomy that is still fairly distant.#Which is to say (in very simple terms) Crustaceans came 'first' and insects expanded from that initial design.#Taxonomy doesn't care for your internal schemas.#It is a fun way to baffle kids. e.g; telling them how a spider and a crab are more related than a crab and a fish.#Long story short: Science teacher Grace would be devastated to know what his tattoo actually says. Rocky chooses to spare him.
