i’m still slightly pissed that “the major characters are Ultra Beasts in disguise” theory ended up being proven moot because, while i’ve seen people claim that Lillie’s resemblance to Nihilego might be because Lusamine was (either consciously or subconsciously) dressing her in a way that made her resemble the focus of her obsession, which makes enough sense to me, there’s no real explanation for why Pheromosa is literally Lusamine’s fursona (down to them having the same default pose in official art), Gladion’s twitchy hand thing, or Guzma’s resemblance to Xurkitree

like GF gave us all these hints and then went “BITCH YOU THOUGHT”............they played us like a damn fiddle
