I have some idea for Monster Encounters in Yu-Gi-Oh
For the Original Series
The Crystal Knight Monster need Rider and Ratha’s help dealing with 2 Monster that have entered the Spirit World
A Crystalbeard Uragaan that is causing trouble in Crystal Knight Territory and a Ruby Basarios that is eating up crystal deposits that the Crystal Knights need

Rider and Mako fishing together only for Mako to catch a Plesioth during said fishing trip
///
Trouble for some Dinosaur Duel Spirits when a Anjanath and Tigrex show up in their territory.

A possible encounter for Blue-Eyes and a Shantien
Mako and Frontier accidentally fishing up a Plesioth sounds insane. Neither were looking to hook a monster whose hip check has hit hunters halfway across the map like in classic Monster Hunter. I imagine he felt like the Legendary Fisherman hoisting up the Piscine Wyvern though.
