#Repost @esteelauder ・・・ This week on #HowItGetsMade we’re talking lab samples—aka where it all starts. Each of our products starts with lab standards, then we pilot the formula, making sure it’s perfect perfect perfect (and yes, this includes getting to try and share our feedback on pretty much every product that hits the shelves—really hard work 😉). Then, it’s off to production where the formula gets all prettied up in final packaging, off to live in your vanity/makeup bag/hearts.
