having retsarra joining the 7.4 excursion on my mind. tart asks him after finding out theyre going on a trip to treno in the ninth, bc knowing his weakness to levin he worries hes maybe not up to the task and sphene could be put in danger, so having a backup tank would be nice. he brings it up to the scions jokingly like "if sphene gets a bodyguard then i want one too. as a fellow vip ;3"
