Well, let’s just hope it stops. Both sides will have to come to an agreement for it to stop. Which sadly might not happen any time soon.
Psht. Nah, it’ll fizzle out for a while, and then come rearing back the next time someone asks that its usage be restricted around them. This argument has been going around since I joined back in 2013. It’ll ‘stop’, sure. But it will be back.

Both sides are guilty of that at this point sadly.
Exactly.

Both sides are, in a way, doing that. If you think about it. I want to keep using it and find nothing wrong with it. They don’t want anyone to use it and are “calling out” everyone who uses it.
Mm. There comes a point in an argument where both sides become allergic to the other’s opinion, and when that happens, the whole thing dissolves into a pointless battle of pride and wills that accomplishes Nothing.
And as antsy and aggressive as the anti-derg crowd is the pro-dergs who are deliberately antagonizing them aren’t exactly paragons of virtue and logic either. There’s no need to go out of your way to upset people, it just upsets people and makes you an asshole.
Recent story: I rolled over in bed the other day while trying to take a nap and found myself face to face with a spider. My first reaction was to back away. Sadly, I was on the edge of my bed and fell off the bed. Good news, I was able to kill the spider after the shock wore off
this reminds me of one time i was sleeping and an ant decided to trek it’s merry ass across my pillow at 4 in the morning. I felt it move across my head onto the other side of the pillow, and with pure irrational thinking I falcon punched the ant and it straight up disappeared
I was so angry that it had woken me up
Last funny story from me: I had a lock in at my church and my sister and I stayed up the entire night and when we got home we went right to sleep and our grandpa woke us up several hours later and we thought we slept through Sunday, Monday, AND Tuesday and I broke down crying cause I had a field trip on Monday and I thought I missed it.
i’d cry too if i missed a field trip
One time at school I was walking with a friend and she ran into a pole and I laughed at her then walked right into one myself.
OH MY GOD...
Is it bad that I'm wanting feminists to stay as far away from video games as possible and am being really angry with them for refusing to do so?
No, that’s pretty much how we all feel.
