Recipe to Staying awake from hours 9 am - 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Once eye's feel heavy, and cannot be opened willfully. It is time to begin step #1.
Step #1: Stand up, go for a walk down the hall, perhaps to the bathroom.
Step #2: If eyes remain heavy, give yourself something interesting to look at on the computer (i.e email, social media, online shopping). Just for a moment. Make the computer your friend.
Step #3: Eyes feel heavy, there may be a chemical imbalance. Go for a walk again, but this time come back with tongue teasers that will keep your body entertained. Candy, gum, chocolate, sour patch, make sure to have a sufficient supply.

Step #4: No matter what you do, how much coffee you drank this morning, you just can't stay awake. If this step occurs, you need to take proactive measures on careful terms. You need to go for a long walk, a walk that isn't a step from the door, a walk that will get your blood flowing. On this walk you need to find a spot to do 15 jumping jacks, 5 push ups, and 5 squats. You must then look at your self in the mirror and say the words "There will be no more excuses, there are no more options, I am here, I am not leaving, and I must stay awake."
