Here's a good guide to Napping. I have experimented with all of these different times. 20 minutes is my absolute favorite, talk about energy afterwards...this is better than drinking coffee! You will feel so refreshed. I have also gotten this same boost from just 10 minutes of sleep. I'm not a scientist, so I can't explain why your body gets so much energy from a shorter nap. I guess that's why they call it a power nap. If you have an hour lunch at work, try to incorporate a 20 minute nap. Your productivity increase will be noticed.
