hpscaling // I think "end game" in this instance is slang for an event that is difficult and requires you to have really high-level, well-built characters, such as Apocalyptic Shadow in Star Rail! Like how a game scales up difficulty as you go.

Now that I can understand, though I do feel for the people who look and don't play gatcha misunderstanding the slang as the game reaching it's end point

Signe winced just slightly at the feeling of gloved hands on her abdomen, the result of a nasty run-in with the Abyss Order. If it weren't for the shuumatsuban's nearby operations, Ayato might not have gotten there in time, leading to a much worse outcome. She was pale and a bit shaky, but she still tried to grab the gauze from his hands.

Whatever she was looking into, the Abyss Order seemed fiercely protective of it. Experimenting on Narukami's ley lines always seemed a little suspicious, but in this case, it seemed as though this project was particularly under wraps, and the Abyss Order seemed increasingly more interested in encroaching on Inazuma's main island.

"W-wait. It's okay. I have enough knowledge on field medicine to be able to wrap this up. You don't have to worry about me."
