meet you at the airport → hawkgård
After pondering over the thought of being able to see Maya again, the smile on Bill’s face managed to grow within a matter of seconds. He was sure that her visit had became the highlight of his week. Not only that but Bill finally had the opportunity to be alone with her; a chance that he hadn’t gotten in what felt to be a lifetime. Yeah, that’s basically what it felt like whenever they were apart. The constant separation was a feeling that Bill had grew to hate. He was still confused as to why he dreaded on adding the distance between the two. Maybe, It had something to do with the fact that it was an unexpected change, but a good one nonetheless. He promised that he’d spend his time, figuring that out one day. He couldn’t even remember when it had first started, but the feeling had never been more alive. It would be a mistake to simply ignore how much he would actually miss her as time went by. That’s why, Bill was making his way into the airport, knowing that it wouldn’t be long before he’d get the pretty girl’s face in his line of sight once more. He attempted to keep his cool, though and prayed that his excitement wasn’t completely written on his face. He knew that if she was to notice, it would become their new ongoing joke; not that that seemed to be a bad thing. Fumbling with the sign that Bill had quickly scribbled her name onto it, his eyes wandered the crowd in hopes of spotting her. He intended to keep his promise, no matter how silly that he must have looked in that exact moment. His heart started to pick up to an irregular speed. He couldn’t tell if it was the nerves slipping into his emotions or not. Though, Bill didn’t care enough to figure that out. Instead, the man choose to fully shut it out. All he wanted to do was stand here and wait; keep his main focus on finding Maya. He was always positive that he’d always be capable of finding her in a sea full of strangers. @hqmaya
