anyways, um
dave needs to get out of the strider household. idk. maybe its just... not the best for him. considering he could have like seriously been injured. and we already established bro aint a good guardian. its a weird way to push cal onto dave which in itself is a bit dangerous but im glad its not out right “fighting” i guess. simply entangling cal over dave. still weird. i do not like that. but better than the alternative?

ah yes, the midnight crew
fuck yeah, we wont get much of them but what we did get was hella interesting and i like the character designs and i like the spades man. its like a mafia wars in casinos with guns and drama and its plain out intense. just what i like. man i hope they keep us updated with the mspa midnight crew throughout this comic as like a relief page or [S] as we progress further with the kids. that would be neat.
then we got dave and jade. oh man, the two of them just make me smile, i love their dynamics. i love how cool jade thinks dave is. i love how dave tries to make jade happy by creating sick fursonas and metaphors to animals, but also jokes about it at the same time. i just love their friendship. it just makes me very happy. and he sends her his remixes! man, he probably doesnt do that with the others and that warms my heart bc it means they both have that something special between them. and she has many saved (which were really enjoyable to listen to, dave knows how to play it). i think they even progressed as far as to say their conversations are my favourite out of the kids. i do love dave and rose’s dialogue a LOT, it was on the top of the list but now i think its dave and jade. that doesnt mean i dont like them all, i do. but friendship and character growth wise, those two take the cake bc it really shows how the characters are with each other. how dave is actually a softie and not just some ironic dude that john/rose thinks he is.
and that makes me really happy. what doesnt make me happy is lil cal. anyways.
