씽이한테서 진심한 생활 업데이트 왔어요~ a sincere life update from Hsing
안녕하세요 여러분 ㅠ 오래만이죠? 좀 늦게 와서 미안합니다.
Hello everyone ㅠ It’s been a while hasn’t it? Sorry for being a bit late.
휴식때 팔로워들 좀 많아진 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 업데이테도 아무도 안 해서 실망하게 한다면 죄송합니다. 제 인생에 대한 걸 지금 좀 설명하고 싶어서 이 글을 쓰려고 왔어요.
During hiatus it seems like I gained some followers ㅠㅠ Since I didn’t update at all if I disappointed you at all I’m sorry. I wanted to explain a bit about my life, so I came to write this post.
제가 2월에 미국에 돌아왔어요. 그동안에 제가 한국어 공부 정말 하지 않았네요 ^^; 작년에 한국어능력시험을 보기 위해 너무 열심히 공부해서 공부에 대한 관심이 좀 잃어버렸더라고요. 한국에서 일이 끝나고 집에 와서 그냥 빈둥빈둥 했네요~ 그리고 tumblr위해 하기 좋은 포스트 생각해봐도 생각이 안 났어요 ㅠ
I came back to the USA in February. During that time I really didn’t study Korean ^^; last year studying for the TOPIK I studied so hard that I lost a little bit of interest in studying. After finishing work in Korea and then coming home, I just kind of was lazy~ and I couldn’t come up with ideas for my tumblr even though I tried.
근데 작년부터 생기된 꿈을 아직까지도 딸라고 있습니다. 그 꿈이 뭔데요? 한영 번역자를 되는 꿈입니다.
But the dream that I realized from last year I’m still following now. That dream is what, you say? It’s to become a Korean-English translator.
그동안에 제가 한국에서 번역대학원을 가려고 해서 장학금에 직원했지만 결국은 못 받았어요. 오래 우울하고나서 더 강한 씽이 될도록 하기로 했어요. 그래서 이제 열일한는 씽이 됐어요 -- 여름엔 일을 많이 하고 있고 돈을 모으고나서 9월에 한국에 돌아갈 예정입니다. 번역자를 되고싶다면 유창하게 돼야해서 연세대 한국어 언어원에서 한국어를 열심히 공부할 거예요.
During that time, I wanted to go to Korea to go to translation graduate school, so I applied for a scholarship, but in the end, I didn’t receive it. After being depressed for a while, I decided I would become a stronger Hsing. So now, I’ve becoming hard-working Hsing -- for the summer I’m working hard and saving money and then in September I will return to Korea. Because I must become fluent in Korean to become a translator, I will study Korean hard at Yonsei’s Korean Language Institute.
잠깐 떨리졌던 씽이 이제 써있어요 ^^ 앞으로도 좋은 한국어 공부 자료를 만들고 여러분들 같이 한국어에 대한 사랑을 나눌도록 열심히 하겠습니다.
The Hsing who fell for a bit is now standing ^^ Going forward too I’ll work hard to make even better Korean study materials and share love for Korean together with you all.
