2013 Speed Nationals - Race#2 -Tsimari - Report
It had been over two months since the first year's National Speed Race in March and most racers had now laid their hopes on the autumn months for a good forecast. Yet, at the last day of the first waiting period, Sunday 30/06/2013, under the flag of GO! GLOBO TOUR 2013 (supported by GLOBO plc), HSSWA organized at the remote Tsimari lagoon, the second National Speed Race .
The beautiful images of the sunlit landscapes at the Tsimari lagoon and Achelous river embouchure, but above all, the shrill sound of fins ripping the water just a meter away from the cheek of the sandbank, will remain to every one of us alive until our next speed meeting!
