what happens if Michael, uh, is told to chill out and have a vacation week?

I mean, Michael isn't a main character in the series outside of like, two scenes with Lucifer, and one of those is throwing him out of Heaven. She's almost a mindless servant to God, the way most angels are with their conviction in His doctrine. There are no 'days off' as that's a human concept. Angels aren't like humans. They don't act or behave like them, you know? They're more like mimics in that regard, considering angels were based on mimics, after all :)

Roomie: *laughs in two thirds of Michael's powers*

Being 'born' from Archangel Michael (who is a Seraphim), Roomie most likely would be a standard angel, holding either no title or at most the title of Orderly (if they are extremely proficient in divine contributions and carrying out God's will, that is). So they'd roughly be more like a fifth of Michael's strength, I think!
