A summary of How To Summon A Demon Part 1: Gates of Hell (minus spoilers)

A supernatural mystery where Maria, a young girl, becomes an orphan after her parents die in a burning building. Her parents were part a satanic cult and left her a book detailing how to summon a demon (Hence the title of the series) and she goes through with the ritual, and before officially signing a contract, asks where her parents’ souls are since that’s what she needed in the first place. Baffled and curious because her parents’ souls are not on Earth, in Heaven, in Purgatory, in Hell, or anywhere they could look, Satan assigns the best demon for the job of finding them to Maria.

Chantico is a Fire Demon of the Skeletal Variety. Skeleton Demons are the best of the best at what they do. They’re an elite species of demon and they’re extremely powerful. Chantico is the strongest demon in hell. The reason he’s the best demon for the job is because they need to get Maria through the circles of hell while she’s still alive to the edge of ninth circle, where basically a magic plot device is that can tell her exactly where her parents’ souls are. And she can’t just warp there. 

Chantico helps her go through trials to collect keys to the gates of hell to prove she’s worthy of the knowledge this magic plot device will give her. The trials involve a lot of fighting and are extremely dangerous, so with the strongest demon in hell at her side, can she make it to the device alive?

Anyone interested? Maybe I can crowd-fund this if it gets big enough!
