"You need to eat." Alexander stared blankly at the figure addressing him, but remained silent. Their eyes met for a brief moment, but the humanoid had to look away. Was it out of pity? Guilt? Alex didn't have time to think about it, as he had begun to speak once more.
"If you don't eat soon, you're going to starve." Alex cast his gaze downwards, towards the many trays of food that had been offered to him. There were many varieties of food there, ranging from simple sandwiches to fruit. If he was in any other situation, he would have loved to have so much food in one place.
Alex raised his head up to look at the thing again. He didn't know what he was or why he was doing this to him, but frankly, he didn't care. Alex stared at him for a long while before finally speaking.
"Maybe I want to starve."
