I’m actually pretty certain they were with each other this weekend. Hudson went completely off the grid after his Toronto stuff finished up and whenever that happens we find out that he and Connor were together (NY and LA come to mind first), so I think he was with Connor.
Hi, I did a reading on K attending this weekend, and I'm sharing it with you to see if it aligns with something you read or if it might help you understand your reading a little better. It was a simple 3-card reading, done on May 28th at 11 PM CST.
- The Hierophant rv: I basically interpret this as her being obligated to go in one way or another, but she definitely doesn't want to. She wants to break free from what's forcing her or rebel, but logically she knows she can't. That doesn't stop her from having a rebellious desire to refuse. Basically, she's cornered; she doesn't want to go, but she has no choice.
- The Knight of Pentacles rv: She's stuck. Relating this to the Reversed Hierophant, it still gives me the feeling that she's cornered, and I think she's wondering how she got to this point, what she was thinking when she put that responsibility (maintaining a public relationship) on her shoulders, and now she wants to give one step back, for me she really doesn't want to be there, and I feel like the idea of "what if I just don't go" is crossing her mind, but in a stupid and fanciful way because she knows she has to.
And finally
The Eight of Pentacles: she needs to be professional. Clearly, she doesn't want to be there, but that doesn't mean she's going to act like a brat. So she's going to do things, she's not going to complain, and one way or another, she's going to try to benefit from it (maybe through exposure). If they're going to force her to do it, at least she's going to benefit. She's going to do what's asked of her even if she's deeply against it. If she finds a benefit along the way, then so be it
Thank you for sharing this anon! I will definitely compare it with my notes once I start going back through the readings. What you’ve read seems to be a common theme that others have gotten too: a complicated obligation with a deadline, essentially.
I find the different approaches to fame and these public outings very interesting.
I think both aren't really into the fame part of their job.
Connor's outings are so choreographed that the exposure is limited and then he takes it in stride, enjoys the fan interaction and vanishes.
Hudson's outings always seem a bit more chaotic, more hectic and he seems to enjoy it in a very limited capacity and gets overwhelmed easily. I think it doesn't help that his team is exposing him so much with basically live updates.
Both approaches are valid and neither is better than the other, but I am not sure it's the best strategy for Hudson. Everything feels so different with him in comparison to the beginning of the year.
I honestly have nothing additional to add to this anon, because I agree with everything you said completely.

I will! I promise. My non fandom life is keeping me busy busy busy. I own a house that is over 100 years old and summertime is the best time to do any kind of repairs or work on it, so I pretty much spend most of my non work time doing house stuff. Yep! Astro-anon’s accuracy is always seriously impressive to see, and honestly anyone who does tarot or oracle readings, I’d really suggest following her if you don’t already because it’s actually super helpful to have a different form of divination to compare notes to when you’re doing readings. I frequently go back after I’ve done a reading and see what she’s said for different periods to see what I’ve read that I didn’t get as much clarity with in my own readings. You know what it kind of reminds me of? You know those spark note books No Fear Shakespeare where it has the original work on the left side of the page and the plain English on the right? It’s like that. My tarot and oracle readings are on one side of my page and then I go and read her work and am like “oh I get it now! That’s why I kept getting the hanged man reversed”

At an event, no. Through gossip like DM, probably sprinkles. I think it really depends on what gets fed to ppl bts. If there is a PR plan for how to move this along with as little scandal as possible, we will likely have no more K at events and have a slow but steady disengagement from social media related things and hints in gossip media of thinfs cooling off.
As far as Hudson’s speech, the fact that she got a canned emotionless thank you immediately followed by a gushing thank you for Connor, I was embarrassed on her behalf honestly. An anon said on another tumblr page that this was the speech version of the Valentine’s Day post and that was seriously so accurate. Also look at media right now…they’re all highlighting his thank you to Connor. Yikes! The media really is out here going “well we are going to talk about the partner we want you with” 😆
