So I have a pet Chinchilla named Parker, and at first I called him "Buddy" all the time, but now it has evolved into "Hey, Bud" and "Come on, Bud" and it hit me yesterday- Parker is my Toothless.

That frustrating moment when Tumblr Mobile won't let you post more than 10 photos at once (hint hint- new comic about to upload)
The positive part of a 4-hour plane ride: I finished all the rough sketches and a third of the final images for my next HTTYD comic ayoo *high fives self*
11 Qs
A huge thank you to @kingofthewilderwest for the tag! Hope you enjoy my answers- these were such unique Qs ( and that metaphor one took some real thought)!
RULES 1. Always repost the rules 2. Answer the questions given by the person who tagged you 3. Give 11 questions of your choice to the people you tag 4. Tag 11 people
1. Is there anything that makes your heart sing or spirits fly when you think about it?
Quite honestly, Disney makes my heart soar- the company, the parks, the movies, everything. I’ve been lucky enough to visit Disneyland and DisneyWorld many times in my life, and each time it’s always magical. Sometimes the excitement doesn’t hit you until you walk through the gates and make it to Main Street, and you parade down the center of the street with the Disney castle at the end, and oh it’s just so fun! The sheer amount of detail that went into that place and its lands and rides, my goodness, it’s incredible!
And the movies- gosh, the ANIMATION! It’s breathtaking! I want to work for Walt Disney Animation Studios/Pixar so badly, and I won’t rest until I’ve gotten the chance. I can see myself now animating the next Disney princess, or maybe the next Disney prince, or the next super hero. I want to push for more diversity (which Disney is improving at already) as well as more sexuality representation in their movies, and I truly believe that I have what it takes to create their next Big Hit. I admit, Disney has made its fair amount of mistakes in the past, but when I watch a movie like Fantasia or Zootopia, and I’m just so inspired, I really am.
A close second place goes to Harry Potter Land because I almost cried with joy when I saw it being built in Universal Studios Hollywood.
2. How would you describe yourself in a single metaphor?
I am a rhythm, beating to a positive, hopeful tune, and no matter how far nor how long I stray from the tune, I always return to that original drumming of positivity.
3. Would you prefer to live in a world with a lot of high tech technology, or would you prefer a life with unpolluted nature?
High technology. Of course, saving the planet is definitely important, but if this question is asking if I’d live IN nature w/o the tech… I’m not really much for, ah, camping and living out of the city or suburbs. I’m very big on cleanliness and I’m a bit of a germaphobe, and bugs- especially spiders- is where I draw the line. I can’t handle the thought of being so close to bugs and them being able to land on me or uUgh. Back in seventh grade, I used to hate opening up to one of the pages in my biology textbook because it had a picture of a spider on it. I’d always cover it up- not with my hand though, no, that was still too close- with a paper. Besides, high tech would give us so many cool gadgets and health benefits and cool transportation and safety- I’m big on safety- and in the future, hopefully that new tech will be environmentally friendly and help clean the world anyways.
4. If you were an animal, what type of animal do you think you’d be and why?
Most likely a cat. I know, not the most creative, but it is very true. I can simultaneously be described as incredibly lazy and very excitable, both napping for hours straight on any given day and flipping out with energy when fangirling. However, when it comes to curiosity, I like to mentally solve the problem rather than act through trial-and-error like cats do (curiousity killed the cat, but I’m the kitten that refused to do the dangerous thing in the first place). I can be very defensive like cats, and while I’m amused by the coy attitudes those cats have, I try my best to be as kind as I can be.
5. What was your childhood obsession? Still like it?
Probably Disney princesses, Barbie dolls, and make-believe games. Disney princesses- yes, still very into it, although I’ve become more aware of their unrealistic proportions and as an artist am trying to stray away from doing that all the time. Barbie dolls- I don’t own any, nor do I watch the movies anymore (I admit I still listen to the Princess and the Pauper soundtrack). Make-believe games- while I don’t play these outright, they have ingrained themselves into my life. No matter what job I end up with, I want it to involve story-telling (animator, author, storyboard artist), and I’ve become a huge musical theatre fan as well as a fanfic writer (message me if you’d like to know about that ;) ), so creating stories have always been a major factor in my life.
6. If you are a musician, what instruments do you play? (voice counts - soprano, baritone, etc.) If you’re not a musician, is there an instrument you would be interested in playing, or like to hear other people play?
I play no instruments, and my singing skills are mediocre. However, I consider myself a decent rapper; I love singing fast and challenging lyrics and pride myself on conquering the quickest songs ie. Guns and Ships and The Speed Test.
If I could play an instrument, I’d want to play the marimba, flute, or piccolo.
7. How long do you think you’d last in a Zombie Apocalypse?
In all honesty, I’d think pretty long. I’m a neat freak, washing my hands a lot and being very conscious of germs, and hopefully that’d help me avoid any non-physical transmittence of the zombie virus. I’m also a bit of an anxious person, firmly believing in Murphy’s Law and taking extra precautions all the time, like checking locks, doors, and hallways before going to bed, watching out for water near electric sockets, etc., so I’d imagine I’d be pretty precautious. I’m also a fast runner, so that’d help a lot too.
8. Tea or coffee?
Either, as long as it’s loaded with cream and sugar.
9. Did you have a really weird dream you remember and would like to share? (doesn’t have to be recent)
Oddly enough, back in elementary school I had a dream where I was hanging out with Peter Pan and we went to the NASA base? Like, he was part of NASA apparently, and my 9-year-old knowledge would be of some use? I dream big, my friends.
10. Do you have any personal words or phrases you specifically tend to say?
Well, I almost always say “Hola,” “Lo siento,” “Pobrecito,” and “Buena Suerte” instead of “Hello,” “I’m sorry,” “Aww poor thing,” and “Good Luck.” I’ve taken four years of Spanish class, so by now I prefer some Spanish phrases over their English counterparts. I also always say “Drive safely!” whenever someone leaves for two reasons: 1) I wish them the best on the road and hope there are no accidents 2) Now they have that reminder in their head so that subconsciously they’ll think about driving safely- hopefully. I also always say “best of luck to you” and, when texting “ayoooo” is a go-to thing.
11. Sunrise or sunset?
Sunset- I’m never awake to see the sunrise :P .
My Qs:
1. Minimalism or extravagance?
2. If you could only see black and white with only one other color for the rest of your life, what color would it be?
3. Which season represents you the most?
4. Write the longest alliterative sentence you can (Ex. While whales went wailing… or Red robins read readily…)
5. If you were a super villain, where would your secret lair be?
6. Do you have any mannerisms?
7. Has anything every made you gasp at its beauty? If so, what was it?
8. Favorite movie genre?
9. Here’s your chance to brag about anything you’d like: what is something you’re really proud of? A special skill? Good grades? Beautiful eyes? What do you love about yourself?
10. How accurate do you think your Zodiac stereotypes are?
11. What’s your favorite joke/riddle?
If you’d like to, feel free to do this!

Why is Danny Phantom’s hair so hard to get right? ‘Cause man I try but that spiky white mess is not easy to pull off
I love your art so much. Those comics you did were both beautiful, and I can't wait to see the others you said you'd do.
Oh my goodness thank you so much!!! :D I’m so happy you like them, and comments like this brighten my day. I had a lot of fun drawing them- so much fun that I sacrificed some much needed sleep to finish two in one day haha. And don’t worry- you requested Excellinor creeping out of the cauldron and scaring the living daylights out of the tribes, correct? My animation program isn’t working right now, but once it does I will get started on it!
