Oh  yeah, things that make me happy are my favorite things xDLet’s see…

1. Sunshine. As a kid I loved winter, but now I feel so much better when the sun is shining. I guess I changed a lot since then.

2. Smiles. If someone else is happy around me, I’ll also be happy. It also works the other way around, but then I’ll try to be one of the things that makes that person happy :D

3. Learning new things. Although I’m extremely lazy,but I do love learning new things. It doesn’t need to be me doing something. Tell me a story, or a fact, or show me a strange looking tree. I’ll love it.

4. Going out. I’m a shy person and when I’m not at a place I already know I’ll be very silent, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like it. Just give me some time to get to know the place/people, I’m a big enough idiot to do something stupid

5. How about art as a last one? I want to include books, movies, music, drawings… and more! I love to see something that a person put a lot of time in to express something… It’s magical

15. What good thing happened this summer?

Lots of good things happened! I went to Belgium with a friend, and I visited another friend in London, and I stayed with relatives for a few days, and I had a camping trip with my mum. Unfortunately I had pretty serious anxiety issues this summer, so I couldn't enjoy it all as much as I would've liked. But they were still good things.

28. Who are you most comfortable around?

My friends. I mean, I'm also comfortable around my parents, but there are more things that my friends know but my parents don't than the other way around. And if I have to spend extended periods of time around the same person, I'd rather it be one of my friends than my parents or other family members :)

135. Dumbest lie you ever told?

Oh, whew, no idea really. Sorry, I really do want to answer your questions, but I honestly can't think of something. I tend to avoid thinking about embarrassing memories, though, so there probably is some terrible lie somewhere - but if it really got me in trouble, I've tried so hard to never think about it that I forgot!

Pretty good, thanks for asking! It's Sinterklaas, but my parents are out of town so I don't have any celebration planned tonight. So I got myself some chocolate milk to heat up later, and whipped cream, and chocolate-covered pepernoten, and I am saving all study-related business for tomorrow and trying to write fanfiction. 

127. What makes you happy?

Oh, loads of things do. Music. Watching Finding Nemo for the umpteenth time. Talking to any of my awesome friends. Reading fanfic. Writing fanfic. Sometimes, just being outside and breathing and feeling the sun on my skin (though in winter, being outside is mostly just miserably cold).

For school I have to write a "final paper" this year. It's a pretty big deal, because it's like a third of one of your marks and stuff. Anyway, mine is about Shakespeare's influence on modern day English and Dutch and I'm pretty excited about it. 

I've recently picked up Spanish again and it's going pretty nicely.

My Tumblr-url actually origins from a Green Day song "Horseshoes and Handgrenades". Contrary to popular believe, the violins aren't a reference to Sherlock, but actually are there because I play the violin myself.

Which I will be doing in my high school's performance of Moulin Rouge this winter. Yay!

I'm pretty obsessed by classical music. Tips on that topic are always more than welcome (or any really. Talk to me! I like talking!). Shostakovich is probably my favourite composer, and if you don't know him you should definitely listen to David Oistrakh's performance of his first Violin Concerto.
