Yeah I went all over too and couldn't find it anywhere, I ordered one from eBay so that I knew it'd get here soon rather than on Amazon where they've probably run out for a while now. It's meant to get here tomorrow or the day after which clearly was too long of a wait so I downloaded it on my Kindle!
