Did the family of Halim Huggz ever file a missing person's report?
Yes they did! Unfortunately the case was dropped after a few years when they couldn’t find him. The Ministry of Joy is very secretive and often bribes or lies to make sure their experiments aren’t known to the public.
Huggz’ parents still believe he is out there somewhere as obviously a body was never located. If only they knew what became of their son.
