Hugh Ramsay (Glasgow, 25 May 1877 – Melbourne, 5 March 1906) was Scottish-born Australian artist. In spite of failing health, Ramsay succeeded in doing some remarkable work. He died a few weeks before completing his twenty-ninth year.
