He thought he was alone, so he felt comfortable shifting into his green form. Honestly he preferred this form to his “socially acceptable” form but he did it just so that people wouldn’t be freaked out. But now he was alone in an abandoned house working out and he felt like he could be himself. Punching a punching bag, he heard a noise and quickly turned to see someone, not having enough time to shift back. “So, uh...” he trailed off, rubbing the back of his neck, “funny story...”
