Please consider this skeptical Amaterasu and her overly excited Issun. I don’t remember drawing this but I am very proud of it.

Amaterasu, Origin of All that is Good and Mother to Us All. 

I wanted to take a crack at an old human Ammy design I made back in 2011 (@^@) and also put some spitfire in her. After all, she does exorcise demons by beating them over the head with divine mirrors.

OCC: Okami headcanon~

OOC: so this headcanon protans to human!Ammy.

When she's human, and when she first started on her adventure, her white hair was short and choppy, with the tips black, and she wore a ripped kimono and old looking sandals.

As she gained her brush techniques, her hair grows longer, and the kimono gets fixed bit by bit and the sandals start looking newer.

In the end, her hair is down to her ankles, and near the end, her hair kinda shapes itself to look like a brush. and the kimono looks like this one; http://www.cosplayfu.com/product/Japanese+Kimono+Dress+%28Aimi%29

but with a sun on the left side chest. Ammy also wears a silver choker necklace/collar with a circle, which is a reference to her own brush technique.
