A small blonde male walks by, hair in a long braid down his back as bright blue eyes briefly meet Cecil's. He smiles softly, voice quiet as he squeezes past Cecil and the wall nearby. "Pardon me, Sorry." And then he continues walking, shining metal glinting from the skates in his hands. -bellamy
Cecil had been lost in his own world, work on his mind, until he caught the bright blue eyes of the blond that was now squeezing past him. The detective was frozen in place for a moment before he was snapping out of his daze. He mumbled out an apology in his native language, before watching the blond walk by, his green blue eyes watching him. He should keep walking, should get back to thinking about his work and the current case he was working but, he was distracted, the metal of the skates catching his eyes.
“Excuse me.” He called out, now moving to follow after the blond. What was he doing? He didn’t really know but, he didn’t stop. “S-sorry. I saw your skates and…” He trailed off, not sure where to go from here. His brain worked from translating things from Russian to English before back again, nothing seeming to fit what he wanted to say. So, he just stood there, his mouth snapping shut as he slowly took a step back. “I’m bothering you. I’ll leave you be.”
