"Lucy??" Vithya knocked on her front door, feeling light-headed and dizzy from the blood. She had forgotten what it was like being human; no powers and feeling even more insignificant. "L-Lucy a-are you there??"

after a brief rattle of locks Lucy cracked open the door, her face writ with concern.  “Vith, what’s up?”
