So in the au where jocasta is a vampire and dooku is human what did happen to the people she previously charmed? Were some of the people she charmed Jedi and were some not from the temple?

Most of them were bitten and their blood was sucked out, so I guess they either died due to blood loss (though that is not very Jedi like) OR she made sure that they forgot it ever happened. Since it would look quite suspicious if Jedi simply died, I would imagine that Jocasta did not charm many Jedi, perhaps a hand full or two. When she did, she had her fun with them, but obviously made sure not to drink too much of their blood so that she would not kill them.
Other then that, they probably forgot most/ or all of what had transpired and went on with their usual lives. Kind of boring, hm? But she IS a Jedi and she cannot just go around and kill random people, even if it were for quietening her hunger.
