Lucilla passed over her credit chit to the bar tender at Afterlife and resigned herself to spending much of the night glued to the counter top. As put together and polished as she tried to be, Omega’s filth and decay felt like home to her. And the fact they served anything and everything, stuff that would make your toe nails curl, didn’t hurt either.
