Story time

So I was on a plane today and this guy sat down two seats next to me, cause it was a pretty empty flight. So we said hello and he's in his last year at medical school in Mississippi and he's super nice and fun and all and whatever. Antisocial as I am, the plane takes off and I start reading some good ole fashion johnlock fanfic, as you do. And of course, this super nice guy just has to ask my what I'm reading. Because I'm honest to a fault, I told him I was reading a story about Sherlock. And he was all like "about Sherlock?" And I was like yeah, and he was like oh ok so FanFiction. And I could see the moment the light went on in his head, like he's sitting next to a freaking nerd. And I was like yeah it's really embarrassing, and he's like nah it's cool. But that's not the best part. The best part is he was like ok now I gotta think of something to make it even. And I was like ???? So he takes a moment to think and he turns to me all confidentially and goes "when I'm on long car rides, it's just Taylor Swift all the way. All the time. There, now were even." And I swear to goodness I have never met a person so pure and so good i swear if I ever meet him again I will not hesitate to become his best friend. So yeah, there's some human goodness for you.
