I gave up on finishing the first panel as an illustration and went back to what is my comfort zone - doing silly sketches ✨
Ophelia ‘Phil’ Drissane
Dark Magic + Cursed Artifact expert, currently dating her cursed staff. Her work may be creepy, but it’s for the greater good. Think of her like an arcane Mythbuster, testing spells/artifacts for public safety. Phil is her name, preventing liches is her game.
She’s the wizard in her group of clumsy adventurers. She’s a goth who’s trying to play matchmaker for her friends, a vegetarian, she is trying to make education more accessible, and also become the greatest wizard of all time to rub it in her college rivals face. She loves anime and women.
Old line up of her group.

My boi Raf’s squishy wizard, Lars, running from the gambling debt which kicked him out of university.
Player's Handbook - Human Wizard Class by Billy Christian
My little cousins (7 and 9) want to play D&D so my uncle asked me to DM a simple one shot for the three of them. I decided to draw their characters. The first character is Paige’s character (age 9), an elf druid. She wanted teal hair and her Druidic focus is a flower and rock necklace.
The second is Tag’s (age 7), a dwarf “knight” (I renamed fighters “knights” to make it easier for the kids; also called rogues “ninjas”). He specifically requested the dwarf be bald and have no beard. Tried a new technique to create a chain mail effect. Not sure how I feel about it yet 🤔
The third is my Uncle Ryan’s, a human wizard. He actually didn’t weigh in at all on his character’s appearance so I just did what I felt like… Honestly had fun with it. Not the kind of character design I’d usually use but I liked the idea of a more homespun, new adventurer Wizard.
