Tumblr plays havoc with your emotions:

one minute your laughing your head off at the funniest gif you've ever seen

next minute your crying over the death of your favourite fictional character

but then you see a cute picture of a cat, so its all ok

then your excited over a new cd/film/episode/series/song thats coming out soon

then there is posts that make you so angry because some people are so horrible and discriminative that they dramatically lower your opinion of humanity

then you read a really sad, thought provoking story about a person who is having a hard time and is turning to random people on the internet because too many people in the real world are filth
