i watched a video that said that glaceon doesn't have a bob, as many people believe, because she is bald in the back. and i thought "so true she has a chelsea cut" and decided to draw her human based off of that. the chelsea cut is mostly a punk-y style so i tried to make her punk inspired! it worked well for the diamond on her back because i could make that a big back patch. i originally had her in a cape that twisted around to form her tail, but I wanted to unify her style so I dropped it in favor of a battlejacket and a butt flap with her tail pattern. since her design is still pretty simple, i didn't want to add a bunch of "markings" by giving her too many more patches or pins or spikes, so to give her more of a punky style i gave her some nose piercings and weird colored makeup. i wanted to keep the look of the ears so i gave her i guess a headband with what's essentially a bow on the side… i probably would change this if i revisit it but it's there for now. the boots and gloves obviously allude to her leg markings. the boots worked very well; the gloves i was less sure about, but i think worked out okay since i also gave her some winter theming to match her ice type. that's also why her pants are so puffy btw, because they have a warm lining.
