As for the other exorcists... I would assume they're human? I mean it makes sense some of those humans would want justice for what was done to them? And they're lead by someone who was once human (Adam) so... Yeah.
Unlike the cannibals, the exorcists only have similar designs because that's their uniform. So I don't think they're a heaven born race? I'm not an expert tho.
