Sometimes in life friendships divide ...

Sometimes in life friendships divide ... Today I recieved an email; an email that made me smile. An email that without that past divide it would be impossible for each to have grown. 'A different scenario, a different motive, a different need, a different desire. All results in differing perspectives, differing course of actions ...' - Friendship Divide over time can be more positive than continuing to try to please or to say what the other person wants to hear ... - Friendship Divide allows for post reflective thinking, often months or years down the line: Revealing the other's strengths ... each own's weaknesses ... a better understanding of each others past life choices and decisions .. Today I am happy as I witness, reflect and embrace the others past strength I once saw as a weakness. Reciprocally the photo they have emailed  clearly depicts a following of my past lead: A differing methodology that allows them to push aside a long held grudge of parental and cultural expectations ... Now able to appreciate life differently. Our friendship never divided, it simply had to take a break in order to grow 💚😁
