I will answer yours for my human au c: (just saying - for everyone else reading that - , the answers will differ greatly, especially in love and family, it's his human version as i play with tatara in my au~)
♠ - Painful headcanon
Starrk is pretty unfazed by physical pain, he is working in bars normally and the behavior there of those drunk is kind of rough to put it nice. So he has learned to endure many things, as well as he is living together from time to time with not so sensible beings, (even that all of them are artists,) so he kind of got used to hits that are a tad too hard for being friendly.
If at all - a thing that really stresses him are headaches. This comes through a pretty much unhealthy lifestyle after he changed his living place with 18 from his parents home to his own apartment and started an education as well as playing in bars on fulltime - so he now is working in a bank at daytime (and occassionally in another place) as well as in a bar at night, having a pretty heavy sleep-issue and therefore nearly permanent headaches.
He probably will not change a thing until the pain will get too hard to endure or he will break down. Hard but true.
♥ - Love headcanon
In his human version he is quite the flirt. Differently to his canon-version is he honestly aware of his looks and charm, using this to his own liking on every being he might find attractive (no matter if male or female and yet the headcanon about appearance still works for him). He can appreciate good talks and good looks, but the first is more important for him. To get his affection one needs to be especially one thing - a challenge.
If at all and overall it is kind of hard to make a bond with him (be it now only friendship or more) as he is quite the loner, loves his freedom maybe more than anyone who came along and he was marginally interested in over a longer time. He is literate, intelligent, wealthy and influental, doesn't give much on all this but it is therefore hard to catch his attention fully.
By now no one really managed and it's not the most important thing in his life either, so nothing to hurry for him, he is after all still young.
♒ - Family headcanon
His family is rather large, scattered all over the world and overly literate and educational, hence his own standpoint on all this - he can't stand dumb people if they really don't want to change something on themselves.
His most precious family member is probably Lilynette who is now 13 years old and goes to a private school. She pretty much loves him and is overly attached to her older brother, what makes everything worse is the fact that they can only see each other when she has holidays whereas she will spend one up to two weeks (depends if he can take free) at his apartment to bug him.
Even that she is a tad clingy and jealous over everyone his older brother comes close to, she is the one who makes him smile and is - at least at the moment - the most important person in his life.
▼ - Childhood headcanon
His childhood was rather calm, both his parents are banker with an own bank, so he had never problems when he was younger and doesn't have them now when he is older. Or better would have - due to the fact that his parents are possessive and demanding, he learned in a very young age to work as hard as he could and do more than probably needed - being educated in school over a fast pace as well as in playing the piano and violin.
It's mainly like you could say those kind of families where the parents expect extremely much from their children because themselves weren't able to get what they thought would be the 'best' for them, so they live it out on their own kids.
Still - Starrk wouldn't be able to say he is unhappy with the outcome, but it left him with an unhealthy trait to overwork himself and demand in the end too much from his surroundings.
