Take out that lenses of failures, fatigue, fear, and of confusion. Set your mind towards the goal and see your dream with your eyes. Do not despise the humble beginnings, and insignificant incidents. If you don't lose faith in God, you'll see those dry bones becoming flesh. You'll taste those bitter waters turned into sweet. God is still on the throne. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the one who makes you stand steadfast under trails. If He spoke it He will make it. If He gave it, He will sustain it.
