        Siebold had to bite his tongue to refrain from         referring to the gym leader to what he previously         perceived her as. However, calling one an         amateur actor was all too impolite. The woman         was more than just that, he knew. In no way was         he looking down at the psychic, not even in the         slightest bit! A respectable gym leader in her region,         above all, he presumed. & this city....was among all         the skyscrapers and golden glints?         “This city is much larger than I anticipated... this is        Saffron CIty..right?”

Upon entering the Saffron Gym, Morty was blown away by the level of psychic energy in the place.  Upon meeting the leader of the gym, "blown away" was an understatement. She radiated metaphysical energy in way he'd never felt before.

“You’re Natsume, right? I’m Morty Matsuba, from Ecruteak City. I was wondering if you could help me out?”

        “Oh my...         I have heard agreed to play a major role in         a movie from POKÉSTAR STUDIOS. Is that         true??”         He certainly hope that was not the case. If         anything, that sounded like a poor insult.

“Natsume!”

She was just exiting the Pokemart, and... well, she was still fitting some Great Balls into her bag. How many did she even have...?

“I’m going to go see what I can catch. I haven’t done a lot of that since the incident, so I thought I should try to get back into the habit.”

“Oh, it’s you!”

There wasn’t much reason for Lusamine to greet Natsume as a friend (they had only met once before, after all, and only briefly, under a somewhat strained atmosphere; it was just as likely that Natsume wouldn’t remember the meeting at all), but she was, at least, an acquaintance. Lusamine couldn’t in her right mind make eye contact with the woman and not say anything. She was nothing if not courteous, after all.

“Hello again.” Smile on her face, she gave a polite bow. The Furfrou at her side, currently sporting saddlebags filled with groceries, yipped a greeting of his own. “Now, what brings Saffron City’s gym leader all the way out to Cerulean? Doing a little shopping as well?”
