I won’t say this will be my last photo with “my” homeroom for more than half a decade. I smiled here to mask the tears that are beginning to fall. This classroom is another home to me. It’s an inheritance—because it was my Mama’s homeroom which was entrusted to me when I got in the public school. It’s where I met my Humility kiddos from S.Y. 2016-2017 to S.Y. 2019-2020. It’s my first homeroom classroom. Most of my firsts as an adviser and science teacher happened here. Both the good and the not so good. I would be lying if I said I didn’t cry. I did. But I know God has His perfect plans. And I am confident that His reasons are far greater than my own. Thank you, my first home, for everything that I shared with my kiddos inside your four walls. I hope I was able to take good care of you. Don’t worry, your next homeroom adviser is someone capable and trustworthy. She will take good care of you. Your corridor where we have practiced most of our performance tasks as a class. Your door which not only opened for classes but also opportunities to my kiddos. Thank you for keeping me, my kiddos, and our things safe amidst all the typhoons and earthquakes that we braved in the last five years. This wall which have been our bulletin board when there visitors and freedom walk during normal school days. #Teacher #HumilityClassroom #LastDayInHumilityHomeroom #Farewell (at Paaralang Sekundarya ng Heneral Nakar) https://www.instagram.com/p/CZjsWeCPZJMg-Fz78UAHNCdwlxiW4RyTV5Hr6A0/?utm_medium=tumblr
