Meet the Grumpingway. His job is to kill the joy all day. He doesn’t like to have a long way to go, he doesn’t like new things, he’s frustrated that the people he meets have different opinions and tastes, he wishes the blue planet would rotate the other way. He’s a very grumpy Grumpingway.

So I just realized we are probably going to see Namingway and Hummingway. In FF4 Namingway was original how you renamed your characters. In the DS he couldnt do that due to voice lines so he became a wanderer changing his name each time to reflect that. Eventually you get to the moon and find a colony of Moon Bunnies AKA Hummingway which is the race Namingway is from. So I suspect we might get a beast tribe from them.

There's no "suspect" sweet Anon; we're getting the Loporrits! From the Endwalker special site:

"Eorzean myth tells of a curious wanderer known as Namingway, descended from an unknown people that traveled to the realm of the moon. The Loporrits appear to have much in common with that being of legend, though questions regarding their current whereabouts--and much else besides--remain unanswered."

We also have Namingway in the game already! He's a minion obtained by getting a copy of Encyclopaedia Eorzea (the first lorebook).

"Summon your Namingway minion. Do not think this means you can now change your character name."

So yeah. Safe to say Endwalker will give us tiny bunny folks related to that moniker-altering little fellow.
