Today I will pick to cook Hunan beef for dinner.
Hunan beef with cumin (孜然牛肉) has a hot and spicy taste with a combination of spices and chili peppers. I have to make some adjustments because certain ingredients are not available (such as garlic sprouts), and I have to tone down the heat to suit my palate.
However, the essence of Human cuisine is still preserved.
