They have also determined that the USA is secretly expanding its nuclear arsenal in preparation for war. However, GIIS was unable to determine if there is any plan to use the nuclear weapons in the short term.

The 200,000 Cuban refugees in the USA were revealed to be secretly indoctrinated and armed by Castro and had put on a facade of seeking refuge from the communist regime. Upon hearing the news that the USA is illegally expanding its nuclear arsenal, the 'refugees', inspired by patriotism, have conducted an armed uprising in the USA and now 76% of the Southern United States is under Cuban military control. It is worth noting that the Cubans have not found the new missiles yet and so it is likely that the missiles are stored near the north of the USA, close to the USSR.

The Soviet Union has patriotic fanatics that have formed paramilitary armed groups. These groups have committed an armed uprising and seized complete control of Turkey, including the USA missiles located there. Turkey is now a Soviet territory although Italy still aligns with the USA.

The USA has a military advantage in terms of having more nuclear warheads and a larger military. Meanwhile, the Soviet alliance has a territorial advantage due to Cuban and Soviet uprisings. Who will prevail???
